南禅寺別邸は一日一組のみをお迎えしています。ご予約をお受けした日は、ほかのお客様のご予約をお断りしているため、取消しには下記のキャンセル料を頂戴します。

ご返金
キャンセル料を差し引いた金額を、お支払いいただいたクレジットカードへ返金いたします。カード会社の処理により、ご利用明細への反映までに日数がかかる場合があります。
当方の都合による中止
天災、感染症の流行、施設の不具合など、やむを得ない事情でお迎えできなくなった場合は、お支払いいただいた全額を返金いたします。

Nanzenji Villa welcomes one party a day. Once your dates are confirmed we turn away other guests, so the following cancellation charges apply.
Stays

Refunds, less any cancellation charge, are made to the card used for payment. If we have to cancel for reasons beyond our control, we refund the full amount. To cancel, please write to stay@nanzenji-villa.com or call +81 80-3867-7757.
